One afternoon to find the first AI system worth building.

If the same manual work is costing your team hours every week, I’ll sit with them and find one practical system I can build to help. You get a clear proposal and a fixed implementation price. You decide whether to go ahead.

Book a 30-minute call

The afternoon is free. There’s no obligation to commission the build.

How it works

  1. A short call

In 30 minutes, we talk through the work taking too much time, or an idea you already have, and decide what to examine. If I don’t think I can help, I’ll say so.

  2. One afternoon

I sit with the people doing the job and look at the process, systems and data. We focus on one change worth making, rather than a long list of AI ideas.

  3. One proposal

You get a short proposal: what I would build, the time or work it should save, the systems involved, the main risks, the timescale and a fixed implementation price.

  4. Your decision

If you go ahead, I build the agreed system. If not, there is no obligation to continue.

If the first thing works

Once the first implementation proves useful, I can stay involved as your fractional CTO one or two days a week: improving the system, finding the next opportunity, managing technical suppliers, and providing senior technology leadership without a full-time hire.
